Slitting involves cutting precise intervals of material to produce a custom striping pattern or perfect divisions. Omni is prepared with a full range of equipment to meet any unique client needs. In many circumstances, job requirements are such that Omni is tasked with delivering a variety of widths for any of the other materials that we design and manufacture. With our precision slitting capabilities Omni is able to handle slitting cuts up to 60 inches in width and precise down to the millimeter. Of course, when slitting for small deliverables or any deliverable, packaging is of the utmost concern. Our clients rest assured that their product will arrive, fully prepared for further manufacturing processes if required. Depending on your requirements we can deliver finished packaging upwards, sideways, or in any other fashion required.
